Parental Consent

While Talk to Santa Cat is created for children’s use, it is crucial that a parent or guardian reviews and consents to the following privacy practices before a child interacts with the App. By using the App, you, as a parent or guardian, affirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms laid out in this Privacy Policy.

Data Collection

Call Santa Cat prioritizes the privacy of its young users and as such,does not collect, store, or sell any personal information about the users.The App requests access to the device’s microphone solely to enable the core functionality of speaking to the Santa cat character. This audio data is not recorded or stored. It is sent to Daily’s servers over an encrypted connection for the sole purpose of transcription. Once the audio is transcribed into text, the audio is discarded.

Deletion requests

If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 years of age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 years of age may have provided Personal Data to us, please contact us at help@daily.co.
